JSM Insight cloud integration roadmap

I have not been able to find an Insight specific roadmap yet and don't think it exists.

You do have this page https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/what-are-the-differences-between-insight-in-cloud-and-server/ where it is mentioned that the integrations are a priority area

You can always reach out to Atlassian support (https://support.atlassian.com/contact) and be have them raise a specific suggestion or at least link your support request to an internal development issue.
