JSM Deployment Tracking and ArgoCD

Hi All,

I don't know of a "Deployment" API specifically for JSM to allow a 3rd party CI/CD tool to send deployment information to JSM.  The deploymentApi in Jira requires a Jira ticket ID, whereas the JSM version allows you to create a Change Mangement Ticket.   

Is there a separate API that is available for JSM so we can create an integration for ArgoCD?  Thx

Pinging this issue.  We have been successful with the GitHub plugin, but would also like to extend this to ArgoCD.
