In JSM DC the way we customize our workflows and scripts in DC that will be same way in cloud or its limited to cloud?

DC and Cloud are differents, configurations from one may not work on the other env.

Regarding Script, it's most likely that it will not work and you will have to re-write them for Cloud.

It's allways recommanded to do a cloud assessments in order to list feature you are using and check if it's available on cloud.
