JSM-DC. For project Management can I configure a customer feedback survey?

if yes then how i can implement such feature?

In JSM, you can activate the Customer Satisfaction Survey.

The project type is Business. There is no option to do customer survey setting.

Hi Saqib,

From what I know, Customer Survey are only available in a service management project.

So if you want one in your business project, you'll have to use an external tool. You could use something like Survey Monkey and add a link in the email template that's send to the user when the ticket is closed.
