JSM Audit Log Only Showing User Managment Changes

Hi all, apologies if I'm just misunderstanding how this works. But I head to Settings > System > Audit Log

Under there all I see are "User created", "User Updated" items. No project changes, no ticket changes, no automations, no request type updates.

I don't see any way I've filtered or hidden them?

Is it because we are under an org?
