We have migrated from Opsgenie to JSM and have noticed a loss in the alert email notification formatting. Opsgenie alerts emails allowed for linebreaks.
JSM Alert email notifications + JSM Alerts strip line description field breaks out. The description becomes difficult to rapidly eye scan.
I am using JSM Teams > Integrations > Incoming Amazon SNS > Incoming rules > Create rule - Description.
Is there a way for force line breaks in the description?
Bullet points seem to work.

To answer your query, Opsgenie Alert Description field uses the Plain-text format , hence, it will not be possible to force HTML elements like line breaks in the description field. There's an ongoing feature request for this -
It is recommended to kindly vote for this issue and leave your valuable feedback on it.
The workaround would be to use plain-text for emails.
