JSD: in my CSV file Under Organizations field getting Id of the companys instead of company name

My default custom field =organizations under this 

we have we some companies name: 1. abc =cf_id 102

                                                            2.xyz =cf_id=103

                                                            3.qwe=cf_id=104

after exporting my issues into csv file those companies are coming by cf_id not in name.

The above is by design by Atlassian.

Do check or raise a feature request ticket at jira.atlassian.com requesting this feature.(only raise one if one does not exist.)
