A couple of days ago, I had to deactivate the email channel functionality of my JSD project to switch the connected request type. Just after this, I've added my external mail account again. Just as it has worked before.
But now the handler isn't taking any mails again. Even the automated verification mail won't appear. The connection protocol is fine, but that's it. Nothing else is there.
If I understood it correctly, the connection of an email account in a JSD project should make the additional installation of a general Jira email handler obsolete or not?
