JSD: Customer Portal Request form entered/adapted/amended by multiple users

For a proces with a client I'm attemping to find a way to do the following:

A Service request needs to entered by multiple people at different points in time.

Meaning that Person A will create the Service Request through the portal, Person B will amend the request and Person C again.. and so forth untill all data has been filled in.

Short from having the people sit next to eachother at a desk and taking the keyboard from eachother I don't see a way to do this.

Anybody got some suggestions how this could be build/facilitated?

Sadly gathering all the information beforehand and entering the entire request at once is not an option..

Additional addons could be possiblity (depending on price ofcourse)

You could use loop transitions and add the fields for B and C on a transition screen in conjunction with Actions for Service Desk: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213697/actions-for-jira-service-desk?hosting=server&tab=overview

would loop transitions allow the end user on the customer portal to enter/amend data?

I can see the app allows more but still it would seem that this is more about cutting a request screen in to multiple forms instead of letting multiple users edit it at seperate times
