Is it possible to get custom fields found in the ticket put into a canned response? (using the built in feature, not the pro plugin by Spartez)

Unfortunately, there is no way to achieve this with the out-of-the-box feature-set. I understand the usefulness of such functionality, so I went ahead and opened up a JAC Suggestion for this, JSDSERVER-5812. Alternatively, you could customize a solution on your own that works similarly to the Spartez one.
