After sending for approval - the accepting person does not see the application on the Requests list.

@Krzysztof Skotnicki Can you check the workflow of that approved request. May you once the request is approved the status will be In progress or something else.

@Krzysztof Skotnicki can you check the permissions of the users and match with the user permissions who is having this issue, i believe something is missing from permission end.

@Fahad Siddiqui it's definitely not permissions - there is admin for both accounts
