In JIRA Service Desk, how can I give someone permission to "add organizations" from the customers page (https://jira.hostname.com/projects/projectName/customers)?
I gave this user the role to be an administrator and service desk team for this project, but they are still unable to see the button "add organizations".
Based on the First sentence in this document it looks like the Customer would need the "Service Desk Agent" Role/Permission
