JQL search for workflow status visible to customer

Hi,

Is there any JQL solution to search for status mapped to customer view?

Status for support = Backlog.

Status for Customer = Waiting for Support

I need to search for  "Waiting for Support"...

There is any special function for this?

Or I need to go through the mapping?

Hi @Humberto Gomes,

This isn't possible from Jira out of the box, and I don't know of any app doing that. You can create your own JQL functions with ScriptRunner though.

As far as I know, the only solution is to check your workflow statuses' mapping.
