JQL for comparing due date to created date

We have a 5 business day SLA for new user provisions, I need a JQL query to see tickets where Due Date is less than Created Date plus 5 days

Hi @pastora - Unfortunately, JQL does not natively support comparing two dates.  You could go about this two ways:

1. Use a 3rd party app like Scriptrunner - Here's a similar question:
2. Revisit how you're using Due Date - You could leverage an automation rule that triggers on issue creation and sets the Due Date to 5 days from creation.  Then you can perform relative queries against the Due Date rather than trying to compare to another field.
