what is right format of JQL for Time to Resolution pause?

 

"Time to resolution" = Pause()) data not recognized a pause is recognized as running?

Here's what I created. I need to see JQL for only pause disregard of status.
the pause status does not recognized as pause.

This JQL I need to check all pause. 

PS. I don't have any logic or other flow. I just need to check all paused SLA timer
