Hi team,

I am trying to create a JQL for queues in JSM Data Center, however I am getting an error message like "Customer request type" does not exist or you do not have permission to view it.

I checked the custom field in JIRA settings > Issues > Custom fields and it's not showing, it's kind of weird because it's showing in QA but not in Production.

Please help me, thanks! image (14).png

Hi @Keith Bautista

Welcome to the community.

Indeed as @Piyush Annadate _ACE Pune_ mentions in QA this seems a custom field.

Customer Request Type is a JQL option ootb, but is seems an custom field with thec same nae has been made in QA and used for options in QA.

This field simply does not exist or as has been deleted from Prod.

Hello @Keith Bautista ,
Welcome to the Community !

Sounds like the field isn't in production, but in QA.
Someone might have deleted it or it was never created in prod but created manually in QA.

Check for - Trash for customfield?
