JIRA service desk vs OPS.....

At the license level, If I use both is the price per users will be a licence for OPS and a license for JIRA SD ?

Same thing for Jira Confluence ?

I assume that using OPS, OPSGENIE & Slack & PAGE STATUS are part of it and included in the licensing fee ?

Well, while they have not placed OPS out there for purchase yet (still beta and free) I'm quite sure it will be completely independent. You will pay per user for each and every tool: Jira, Confluence, OPS, JSD, OPSGenie, etc....
