JIRA Service Desk crash.

For now atlassian didn't find root cause....

JIRA crashed for 4 times in recent weeks.

restart could fix the issue.

our xms 4g, xmx 12G, os memory 64g

do you think it is reasonable...

Your specs are good for a medium to large Jira.

I'm afraid you'll need to start full monitoring and read the logs for the root cause of a crash.
