JIRA service desk(Cloud) need to integrate with AD

Hello Team,

We would like to purchase this plugin for our JIRA cloud to integrate with AD, I have some questions in integration. Could you please clarify me. 

1. Can we integrate this with On-Premises AD & Microsoft Azure AD without using connecter or like Atlassian Access.

2. After integrating whether we will get all users & groups in AD?

Hi amanne,

for integration a cloud product like Jira, Jira Service Management with your Active Directory or MS Azure AD you will need an Atlassian Access subscription that's correct.
