Hi guys,

How do I make sure that after integrating freshdesk with JIRA I can view only relevant projects? Not all of them which is currently the case.

The reason I don't want to see/access them is that the JIRA is being used by an external partner and there is no need to see their other projects.

Does it make sense? Should you need more info, please do let me know.

Best regards,
Leoš

Hello there,

JIRA Service Desk has 2 different types of role - Agents and Customers. Customers will only be able to view issues via Customer Portal. So I'm guessing you are referring to Agents. For Agents, the permission would be Browse projects project permission - this is the permission that defines who can view the project and issues under the project.

Cheers,
Mogavenasan
