JIRA Service desk notification - Hide agent name from TO

Hello,

Is there a way to control notification from email address, it shows the configure email address with agent name. We need to hide agent name and have to show always notification came from configured email address.

Hi Anil,

At this time, this functionality isn't currently available in the product. However, we do have an open feature request for this here: JSDCLOUD-1986

You can also add a public comment to the bug itself if there is any additional information you would like to share with the developers directly so that the team can take that into account while addressing the problem.
