JIRA Mobile APP - im getting an error message "Unrecognized Permission"

I have access to my JIRA Mobile APP and can see all of my projects and tasks, but whenever I try to add a comment an error message pop ups "Unrecognized Permission"

Hi Cristina,

Does the issue occur to other issues, projects and users? If it's the case, would it be okay if we create a support ticket and proceed in attempting to replicate the issue on our end?
