We have customers currently logging tickets by unfortunately we are not recieving all the tickets we should be.
Just wondering if anyone would be able to point me in the right direction to get this resolved ASAP.

Apparently there was a problem with the email for some cloud users: https://status.atlassian.com/incidents/nmb3hp209m9l
Now it seems to be resolved and everything should be working fine.
