We chose the wrong day to get into Jira Alerts it seems. I understand there is an outage, what I don't understand is that the impact of the outage appears to be misunderstood.
The status page currently says that the outage affects viewing alert content, while the backlog of alerts flows in. The situation is much worse than that - I have been unable to access anything in Jira Alerts - I haven't been able change schedules or escalations, view teams, etc. for most of the day since 2PM or so Pacific Time. We can't even temporarily disable schedules at this point.
Why is this impact not mentioned in the Status page?
