JIRA Add-On with HTTP Request/Connection or other options

We run request tickets through our internal service desk to have inputs added to our billing system. Our billing system is Allscripts. Is there any options out there whether it be a script/add-on/flow process that we can adopt to setup an approval process that would just import the information from JIRA to Allscripts? A large portion of our Payment departments tickets are input adds and would alleviate a lot of minuscule work out of their daily duties.

I believe there is no such app/add-on available at the moment and I am not sure how allscripts works. However, you may want to check if it would be possible to use Webhooks to send data from Jira to Allscripts and REST API calls to send data from Allscripts back to Jira.
