Hi everyone,
One of our projects uses the JETI (Jira Email This Issue) plugin to manage incoming emails. The Next Generation Mail handler is configured to filter out Delivery status notification emails and Auto-submitted (auto-replied, auto-generated, auto-notified) emails.
However, the agents want automated emails from no-reply@bushwack.com [dummy address for the purpose of illustration] to be converted into tickets.
Is there a way to set up an exception in JETI for this email address?
Exceptions are easy to implement in the cloud-version, but Meta-inf-Support shut me down immediately when I came with this question for Data Center.
Would really appreciate your feedback!
Best regards
Paul
Hello @MBS IT
What i can think will be, automated system to a secondary JETI handler with Auto-Submitted filtering turned off. You can separate this traffic via a dedicated recipient alias or by routing messages at the mail-gateway level.
That should be cleanest in my Opinion.
Best,
Arek🤠
