I am trying to configure connection between Rapid7 and JSM and get the following error: "Could not retrieve project fieldscom.rapid7.remediation.ticketing.exception.TicketingException: Can't get jira fields for a jira project JCE and issue Task"
The user account I am using is Admin and has all proper access to space/project and issue type.

Is your also an Agent (JSM license granted)?
If you are trying to access JSM work items, are you a member of the role Service Desk Team, as being in the Administrator role grant you access to administrator the space, but not the issues

Hello @Mike Harvey
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
What instructions are you following? Are they provided by the vendor of Rapid7?
in which app does the message appear?
It seems like that might be something you need to bring up with the Rapid7 vendor, or the vendor of any app you are using to establish the integration.
Atlassian does deprecate API endpoints sometimes. There could be an issue with the integration trying to use a deprecated endpoint.

Thanks @Trudy Claspill I have a ticket open with Atlassian hoping they may have had issue reported from another customer. I agree error should be identifiable from other vendor and I am working with them as well.
