We have the following question: we noticed an anomaly related to the lack of notifications for Organizations that are added as request participants. Members of the Organization do not receive email notifications. This function used to work, but one day it just stopped. Have you encountered this problem, and if so, how did you resolve it?
example:
when an agent replies to the customer, only the reporter is getting an email notification, not any member of the Organization.
- all our notifications are enabled.

This seems to have gone under the radar for members of this group.
Have you managed to resolve this? The main question would be does this happen for everyone or only for specific users/customers?
Also, have you maybe tried reaching out to Atlassian Support regarding the issue? They usually can take a deeper look and see if emails have maybe bounced or if there's some other backend issue that is causing notifications not to be sent.
