Issue with Customer Disappearing After Being Added to Organization

Hey !

I'm in Project > Project X > Organizations, trying to add a customer. I can add them, but when I refresh the page, the customer disappears.

Do you know why this is happening?

Hi @Sebastián Durán ,

Long shot but have you seen there is a small "Add" button before pressing OK?

I think I've done a thousand times, thinking the OK is enough..
