Issue Collector

Hello frns,

I am trying to find issue collector in my Jira service Management but unable to do so. Can you please help.

I need to put it on my webapp to allow my customers to report production issues. I don't want to use widget as I want the vertical icon in middle of right edge of screen (exactly as Issue collector appears).

In case you are using a team-managed project (former next-gen), the Issue collector feature is still not available in this type of project.

There is a feature request suggesting this improvement:

• As a user, I'd like to be able to create issue collector for Next-Gen projects

Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the feature.

For now, it’s necessary to use company-managed (classic) projects to use Issue Collector.
