I have seen in a tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VplPRpmeJys there is a feedback bot set as default reporter for an Issue Collector.
Do I need to create a "default issue collector" person in the system and then I can use for being the reporter for a 'report a problem' issue collector?
