Do you knowingly have a Jira subscription?
Is the URL specified (https://something.atlassian.net) familiar to you?
If you are an Atlassian Cloud Organization Administrator or a Billing Administrator for a product subscription for the specified site, you should be able to verify your subscription status by logging in to https://admin.atlassian.com with your Atlassian Cloud account and navigating to the Billing section to review your subscriptions.

I am the Billing Admin and our account status does not seem to have changed. This is why I am concerned.
I do not know the email address but I do not know most of Atlassian's email addresses.
I am wondering if anyone has come across this before and confirmed either way.
