Is there any possible way to change the register Email to german

Hello,

i've changed everything to german so far.

The only problem is the registration Email comes in english and i cant find a way to change this. Can someone please help me with this ?

Hi @IT ST.Anna welcome to the community.  I found this older Community Post that sounds like the same issue you were having.  

By default emails are sent based on the tool language. Please verify the default tool setting under Global Configuration -> Language -> Global default language

That addressed the other issue.
