Is there any mobile support for the helpdesk widget?

When we look at the JIRA helpdesk widget on mobile, the interface does not scale. 

In fact, it is almost unusable at common mobile phone dimensions. 

Any thoughts / Answers?

Just to make sure we can replicate this issue here, we need some details.

  • Are you using an iOS or Android?
  • What browser are you using on mobile?
  • What is the version of the browser?

With this information, we will be able to test here using the same environment to check if it's a bug.

This is on iOS.

We regularly get this "full screen" mode.  Thanks.

Thank you for the information Corey.

We tested here and also found an internal documentation that shows that this is the expected behavior and the widget will show as full screen on mobile.

Here is how it shows on Android using Google Chrome:

Thanks.  Have you noticed that sometimes it opens larger than the screen size and the close button is not visible?  See my screenshot above...

We tested here and it shows the X if we scroll up:

Is it happening with all customers? 

What is the iOS version you are using? Also, let us know which browser you are using and if possible test using another one just to make sure if it's something related to the browser.
