Is there any clear documentation that explains how the knowledgebase search works in the portal?

I have been unable to find any clear documentation that lays out how the knowledgebase search works in the help center. Can anyone point me in the right direction please.

If you were unable to find anything from a knowledgebase search you can ask your question in the community! I think everyone will love to answer/solve your query/issues/problems until it's solved/concluded.
