Is there an option to link our GSuite domain for SSO logins to our JSM portal?

We just started using JSM Cloud and are testing out the free version before going all in.  Our previous service desk solution had the option to sign in to the portal using our GSuite domain.  We are an internal IT service desk so our customers are the employees of the company who all share a GSuite domain.

Is there an option to link our GSuite domain for SSO logins to our JSM portal? I have been unable to find any concrete documentation for it.

Is the only other alternative to have every member of the company create an account in order to submit requests through the portal?

No - SSO is not supported on the Portal.
SSO into the main product (agents for example) can be done with Atlassian Access.
