Is there an option that I can share or extract the native report from Jira SM(next-Gen)?

There is no native way to export the report.

You could add it to a dashboard, then share with the relevant people.

The other option is to use an add on, such as the following:

It would allow you to export the report to PDF.  I don't have any direct experience of this though, so couldn't offer an opinion on it.
