2 tickets for post migration tasks were submitted yesterday by someone else over 24 hours ago and I just re-submitted them myself to see if they'd go through this time, and no email confirmation that the tickets have been created for either of us. This is somewhat urgent request, so would at least like to know that our requests were received.
We checked our spam filters. The tickets aren't showing up in my "open requests" area.
Is there any way to get confirmation? Anyone I could reach out to?
