Is there an architecture diagram for Jira Service Management (Cloud) and Opsgenie interactions?

Hiya,

I'd really like to understand how Jira Service Management (Cloud) works. In particular it would be great to know how it interacts with Opsgenie, as well as how the Jira Cloud integration that is configured within Opsgenie works with Jira Service Management (Cloud).

Any help or pointers would be much appreciated.
