Is there additional costs for Jira Core if you already have licensing for Jira Service Desk?

We currently have Jira Service Desk licensing, is there additional costs for Jira Core?

I've recently asked the same question of Atlassian, and it seems as though the answer is:

There is no additional cost, unless you want users who are only Core users, then they would need licencing.
