We are curently evaluating Jira Service Desk Cloud version. We are worried that with attachments (logs, screenshots and so on) we will soon exceed the permited limit of 25 GB Cloud Storage policy. What are our options. We think to have another own managed local server only for logs screenshots and other cstomer attachments is not very attractive at the moment. Have you encountered such question / problem? Many thanks in advance. Adrian
If you go over the limit, Cloud will simply increase your user allowance to the next tier up (and hence increase your bill as you're using more resource)
Your only other option is to store files on your own systems instead of in Cloud.
