Is there a way to update customer notifications across multiple service desks?

I would like to change the "request created" response a client receives across around 70 service desks, is there a way to change across all of these or do I have to update each individual SD?

We have changed our SLA and want it to appear on the "request created" reply the client receives.

Unfortunately not. These are per project.
