Is there a way to set a limit on the number of tickets assigned using the IF condition in Automation

Just curious to understand whether there is a way to set a limit (say max 10) tickets to an assignee (in case the person is on leave) and assign the balance tickets to the other people present in the group using the IF condition in Automation.

No, you would need to control that with either JQL condition or other condition leading into that
