Wondering if there's a way for our different project managers to receive emails when someone completes a survey so they can respond to feedback in a timely manner. Some projects receive very few tickets, so it's not reasonable to expect managers to check the satisfaction reports on a periodic basis because there are so few. Is there a way to receive an email when one comes in? Or some kind of notification when there is a rating, for example, 3 stars or below?
Thanks!
Morgan,
At this time there is not a notification schema or an app that allows for that. You could create a filter and have them subscribe to that to get email notifications each day about the new reviews that came in.
"Satisfaction date" > -1d ORDER BY created DESC
Brant,
Thanks so much for the insight. Do you know how we'd go about doing that? I have my filters set to show the satisfaction ratings column, but I'm not sure how to subscribe for emails from that filter that will show the reviews.

Morgan,
If you go to a saved filter you will see the details link next to the name of the saved filter. Click the details link and then you will see new subscription. You can click that and setup a subscription that emails you daily.
You can share your filter with others. Once you share it they can subscribe to the filter as well and get results emailed to them. Remember that they have to be able to see the issues/projects or their filter will be blank even if you share it with them. https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver/saving-your-search-as-a-filter-939938748.html
