Is there a way to get a notification when an email request fails due to inactive user?

I am looking to receive an email or notification when an email request is rejected due to the user being inactive.

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

On Jira Service Management, currently, the only way to check if emails failed to create tickets is by checking the mail logs manually. It's not possible to configure a notification to let admins or agents know if something failed.

There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
