Is there a way to format a checkbox in a form in JIRA Cloud so its options are in separate columns?

Is there a way to format the checkbox field in a form in JIRA Service Management Cloud wherein its options are in separate columns? Visually, having a long list when you have a lot of options can be cumbersome for our requesters.

Unfortunately there is no option to make a multi-column checklist at this time.  You can however submit a product suggestion here for that: https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa?selectPageId=10440
