Is there a way to filter the Service Desk Mail Processing Logs?

When accessing your logs, you need to scroll through to find failures.  I would love to be able to filter and only show failures, or even have notifications of failures.

  • Click View Log
  • Click Processing Log
  • And you can scroll for days to look for failures

I didn't see a feature request or find any other results on searching for it, but was curious if anyone else had found a way to do this.

HI @Patrick S, it is unfortunately not possible to filter the Processing Logs to only show failure with Service Desk out-of-the-box.

I went ahead and created a new feature request to address this limitation: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-5728

I highly encourage you to watch and vote for this issue to help the product team prioritize this feature.

Thanks Julien, I'll definitely vote on it.
