Is there a way to edit multiple tickets without using the bulk change feature?
We are migrating from Zendesk to JSD. One useful feature available is Zendesk is you can update multiple tickets at once.
Is there a way to do that within your views? Is there a plug in that would add a checklist button near all issues and allow you to delete multiple issues at once. Screenshot below.
