Hi,
Since there is no other way to check if unauthorized email addresses have tried to email to a project in Jira Service Desk, we check logs for all our projects daily.
It would be easier to see new failure, if you can remove a log line after seeing it.
Is there any way to do this?

Hello Catrine,
Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
The mail logs for Jira Service Desk projects are simple, just to show incoming emails that succeded and failed to create tickets and other details.
Currently, it’s not possible to delete the logs. Also, there are no features suggesting this, so please, feel free to raise one on jira.atlassian.com (project JSDCLOUD) adding more details about why this feature is important for your environment.
However, there are feature requests suggesting other improvements for the mail log:
Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the feature.
Regards,
Angélica
