Is there a way to change where attachments are saved?

I wanted to know if there was a way to change the default attachment storage options for Service Desk.  We have a lot of free space on SharePoint and would just as soon setup a default location there to put attachments than filling up our server with stuff.  Is there a way to either disable the default attachment upload (would replace with a SharePoint plugin) or a way to redirect it?

Hi @Aaron Myers ,

You will be able to disable allow attachments for instance from Settings > System > Attachments. Refer below document on additional details.

If you want redirect to sharepoint , you can create custom field of URL type or wiki rendered text field and you can use the same in your project.
